Furthermore, the National Breast Cancer Coalition (2021) has chosen a range of efficient strategies for communicating its plan to its members and key stakeholders. Specifically, the company uses board meetings as the main tool for introducing relevant information to its key stakeholders, including its employees. Given the changes that the recent health crisis has introduced into the global context, communication within the National Breast Cancer Coalition (2021) has shifted into the digital setting. However, the specified change has not altered the fact that the National Breast Cancer Coalition (2021) continues to keep its stakeholders and participants informed. As a result, the organization maintains high awareness rates among them and ensures that decision-making within the organizational setting could remain highly effective and productive.

Additionally, critical issues are communicated via training and seminars as the main tools for helping staff members develop relevant skills and acquire new information while connecting it to the already existing knowledge framework. The proposed format helps maintain cooperation and foster discussion among the participants, thus, prompting the emergence of creative solutions. While the National Breast Cancer Coalition (2021) relies primarily on research in its exploration of health management and improvement opportunities, communication concerns, particularly patient education, are discussed at the level of board meetings.

The specified format should be seen as legitimate owing to its focus on information sharing and its role in encouraging breast cancer prevention and management experts to collaborate. As a result, the best scientists working for the National Breast Cancer Coalition (2021) are enabled to develop innovative solutions that are likely to provide an essential boost to the management of breast cancer.
