Diabetes is connected with metabolic group diseases, where the main issue refers to the insufficient or ineffective circulation of insulin which directly influences the individual’s “energy storage”. This type of malady cannot be transmitted to others since it starts developing inside the personal body. Turning to the distribution, diabetes does not affect the vast majority of the United States, but the disease is constantly increasing its rate of widespread (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2020).
In Miami-Dade County, from 01.01.2017 to 21.12.2017, 7.7 percent of adults more than 20 years old were diagnosed with diabetes, which is 162.659 thousand people. Among the overall United States population, diabetes Florida has an overall 8.6% of overall population rate, and Miami-Dade County is situated below that rate (7.7%) (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, n.d.). However, Glades County and Hamilton County rank very high at 18.4% and 13.4%, respectively (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, n.d.).
The most significant rate of diabetes diagnosis is observed among people from 45 to 64 years old, which was 7.6-12.8%. Moreover, when analyzing the race widespread, Blacks suffered from this malady in 7.9 cases per 1.000 (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, n.d.).
Finally, the provided data suggest deeply analyzing the risk factors for those who have the malady and complications that the disease might cause. Healthcare managers should also understand the methods of considering the level of diabetes so that it will be easier to determine the future method of curing. Last but not least, the most significant part of resources should be transmitted to the regions where clinical patients have more risks of dying.
