The Importance of EHRs in a Clinical Setting

In her post, Kristen Stock did a great job exploring the importance of EHRs in a clinical setting for effective data tracking. EHRs have indeed shown to be an essential part of the healthcare process because they provide relevant data on the basis of which the clinical team can define objectives and recognize measures necessary for reaching them (Vos et al., 2020). In addition, it is notable that EHRs can also facilitate improved collaboration within healthcare teams.
