Applied Nursing Theory, Quality and Leadership

Introduction

There is a significant interdependent relationship between healthcare quality and leadership under the spectral view of the nursing theorem. The recorded high nurse turnover is an evidence-based practice that fostered the derivation of in-depth insights concerning the impact of poor communication among practitioners. It is the mandate of the management to monitor and ensure the proficient implementation of policies and the use of resources. In this case, the challenge within the institutions contributed to the consideration of enhancing employeesā€™ and patient welfare during the dynamic hospital operations. Patient care is a service-oriented phenomenon encompassing the optimal exploitation of dynamic approaches to enhance the experience among all personnel (Bender, 2018). An excellent example of a practice that relies on the participation of the administration is the implementation of the metaparadigm mainframe that asserts the level of treatment and recovery among all clients. The governance system highly determines the hallmark of medication within the industry hence the importance of integrating the two major entities.

Implementation Plan

The core implementation plan that alleviates the negative effect of poor communication in hospitals is the integration of nursing theory. The quality of services in hospitals reflects the implementation of dynamic medical theoretical frameworks. The metaparadigm mainframe is a multifaceted phenomenon enshrining the integration of nursing, healthcare, and the environment. The first step encapsulates educating workers concerning the metaparadigm framework. In this case, it is the responsibility of the practitioners to optimally consider consent among the clients to boost recovery and treatment based on efficient interaction (Bender, 2018). The second step is educating the patients about the procedures asserting the prominence of observing precautionary measures to avoid re-admission for similar cases. On the other hand, creating awareness fosters ethical and moral codes in the industry based on the invasion of an individual’s body parts. Primarily, enhancing the incorporation of the procedure within the operational baseline fosters effective communication across the clinics thus elevating the service experience quotient.

Measured Outcomes

The first measured outcome from implementing the metaparadigm of nursing is effective leadership and management that relies on the integral exploitation of strategies to boost productivity among medical practitioners. The healthcare department evolved along the gradient of increased interaction between people, professionals, and technology. As a result, it is essential to address the critical problem that arises due to the diversity in beliefs and practices within a hospital environment (Kryzanowski et al., 2019). Oppression is a pillar to an organization’s yield of low-quality services, especially in a clinic due to impoverished coordination between workers attributed to poor communication. Therefore, the quantification of the charisma among the captains is a positive comment from the workers regarding the flow of information within the organization and the trickle-down effect on patient care. A different grading approach is the comparison of the nurse turnover rate within an institution after the actualization of the plan. Notably, the outcome renders a proficient overview of the efficiency scale of the nursing theory.

A barrier to Implementation Plan and Remedies

Bullying is a significant nursing issue due to its negative impact caused to the performance level among the staff. It is a factor that contributes to the development of quality improvement initiatives. The oppression becomes a barrier to the relationship-building between the employees and the management team (Kryzanowski et al., 2019). As a result, it is crucial to establish the integral element that eradicates the problem within the institutional setting.

There is an interdependent relationship between bullying and quality improvement strategy. The coercion within a working environment attributes to toxicity. In this case, a significant percentage of nurses experience negativity while performing their duties and responsibilities. This condition impacts the productivity and creativity levels among the workers. It is essential to develop approaches that enhance the eradication of arrogance and domineering within the institution (Kryzanowski et al., 2019). Another factor rendered by autocracy is the attainment of a significant turnover rate in the organization. The majority of medical practitioners seek career growth and development in a safe workplace. However, authoritarianism and dictatorship hinder the optimal change in operations for better performance. The poor delivery of services by nurses and doctors risks the quality of care among patients. The efficient treatment approach for patients enshrines the optimal sharing of detailed information about the medication and physiological recovery graph. Therefore, the lack of communication among the practitioners fosters a barrier to delivering adequate knowledge regarding patients.

The best leadership style that addresses the issue involves the transformational approach. This aspect enhances growth and development among all employees while acquiring advanced knowledge and skills. As a result, the nurses obtain objective essence for competition while sharing experiences for better performance (Sim, 2020). In this case, cooperation to boost productivity becomes a pillar for emancipating teamwork and sustainable organizational culture. The methodology is a strategy that aligns the goals of a leader and manager toward spearheading positive change such as the eradication of bullying.

Conclusion

Consequently, the interdependence between healthcare quality and leadership is a phenomenon that fosters the implementation of sufficient service experience. Nursing is one of the industries that depend on the physicians’ proficiency, hence the significance of implementing such policies as metaparadigm mainframes that empower the administration in monitoring the operations across the institutions. The integration of technological advancements within the industry intensifies professionalism in the sector and the interplay between the two compositions.
