The Nursing Baccalaureate Program Outcomes

Students study the fundamentals of writing, reading, speaking, mathematics, analysis, budgeting, and how demographics and macroeconomics impact society. Bachelor’s degree candidates get the opportunity to study more about science. This discipline requires me to ask questions, think critically, and analyze numbers, all of which I have learned. Students can choose between a regular curriculum and one that emphasizes science more. Both courses need the same preparation in the change field, an emphasis on the core curriculum, and additional study in social policy. I wanted a career in health care, so I pursued a more scientific route, which included premed prerequisites and other health-related coursework.

The baccalaureate degree program assists in describing the knowledge of the policymaking process in the US and other countries. Providing a comprehensive education in public healthcare assessment, system integration, and healthcare administration being the aim. The course content has enabled me to see health care from several perspectives, including those of the mind, culture, government, and society. I have studied how the government interacts with the healthcare business. Examining and explaining the origins of healthcare and the socioeconomic determinants of state-level health policy have facilitated my knowledge. For instance, using ideas as a practitioner prepared to create data-driven policy choices that will enhance people’s lives by navigating the company’s technological, legal, and social context.

The program also demonstrates the role of nurses and nursing organizations in influencing political decision-making and policy development. For instance, nurse groups in Canada and the United States substantially affect government decision-making. This a perfect moment to assist nurses in becoming policy leaders and examine strategies to enhance the advocacy work of nursing organizations. Canadian and American nursing organizations are experiencing fast transformation due to political, economic, and social factors. I present a research agenda and suggestions for how nurse groups might influence health policy and systems.

The program also appreciates ethical dilemmas and decision-making within a healthcare delivery system. Nursing program aids in exploring the impact of policy advocacy coalitions and networks on nursing organizations by assessing their policy aims, domains of influence, advocacy strategies, and engagement approach. Healthcare administrators face moral issues at the organizational, government, and national levels (professional expertise and system). Researchers interested in these subjects should consider ethical issues multidimensional because of the connection between ethical difficulties and decision-making and healthcare management’s complexity.
