This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and this Website operator (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”), owned and operated by , located at , , , , , .
By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the Operator, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Although the Website and Services may link to other resources (such as websites, mobile applications, etc.), we are not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked resource, unless specifically stated herein. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any businesses or individuals or the content of their resources. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, and content of any other third parties. Prohibited uses
In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website and Services or Content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Website and Services, third party products and services, or the Internet; (h) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (i) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (j) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Website and Services, third party products and services, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Website and Services for violating any of the prohibited uses.
We also prohibit the access and use of our Website and Services by citizens, individuals, or entities residing in England and Wales, the Republic of Ireland, the Commonwealth of Australia, New Zealand, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, or representing such entities.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that any violation of this clause authorizes us to take immediate action, including but not limited to IP banning, cessation of any communication, account termination, and more. To ensure compliance with these terms, we do not advertise our products or services in any form or through any media within any of the jurisdictions listed above.
Services and Products
NursingBird solely offers academic papers for private, non-commercial use. They are completely protected by our copyright; thus, you are not permitted to claim ownership of them. You can only use our Services for research and citation.
We do not allow any type of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism and fraudulent behavior. We abide by copyright rules and laws, and we also anticipate that Users will do so. You must correctly cite and provide due credit to our website and Services if you wish to use any concepts or texts from the work you obtained from us or from our essay samples database.
You will be given the publishing, reproduction, and distribution rights for the web content that our professionals prepared. Once given to you, it becomes your intellectual property.
The editing and proofreading services at NursingBird are aimed to improve the flow, overall readability, and accuracy of your writing. Our Academic Experts will help you to improve the content while preserving original ideas and voice.
Payment and Fees
At NursingBird, all fees and rates for our Services are listed on the Pricing page. If you require an assignment that is not listed among our standard Services, we reserve the right to charge a customized rate for the work.
You need to make the upfront payment so that we can assign an Expert for your order. If you fail to submit an upfront payment, this may delay the completed order delivery. We start processing the order after receiving the payment and instructions.
In case we cannot find the Expert for your order, we will issue a 100% refund. We will process refunds using the same credit or debit card you used for the initial payment. If you made a payment via direct deposit to our bank account (Wire Transfer), we will provide credit for your future orders.
All refunds are provided according to our Refund Policy or at our discretion.
Verification
In certain cases, we may request in-writing or over-the-phone verification. This may involve confirming order-related or billing information. We will initiate this process within two hours after getting confirmation of payment.
If you fail to pass the verification procedure within a reasonable time, it will result in a delay of the completed order delivery.
Balance and Discounts
From time to time, we may provide special offers and discounts to our customers. You can use them for a single order. Special offers cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Once applied, discounts cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable.
You can choose to top up your balance with the company (1 coin = 1 USD) and use it with a discount, or you may choose not to use it at all. In case you add any funds to your account, you are eligible for a refund. Otherwise, your balance is non-refundable.
Order Instructions
Once you complete the order form, you agree to provide clear and complete order instructions, including but not limited to necessary access credentials, files, and materials. Failure to provide instructions and necessary files may delay the delivery of the completed order. In this case, NursingBird cannot be held liable for such delay.
If you state you will provide additional files or materials for the order, we will pause your order immediately after payment. We will not proceed working on your order until such materials are provided.
We ask you to provide clear and straightforward instructions to ensure the smooth completion of the order. If you provide contradictory or incomplete instructions, this may result in the final order delivery delay. We reserve the right to pause work on the order until you clarify the instructions.
In case work on your order requires the use of obscure or rare sources that are not available to the public, we will ask you to provide these materials or the access credentials within 2 hours of receiving the payment confirmation. Failure to provide the required materials may result in a delay of completed order delivery.
We also recommend you regularly checking the account dashboard or email associated with your account to address any questions our academic experts may have while working on your order. Failure to provide correct contact information and/or neglecting messages may result in an order delivery delay.
Deadline Extension by a Customer
If you would like to grant additional time to an expert working on your order, we will set a new extended deadline. Any lateness will be calculated based on the new deadline.
Order Cancellation Initiated by a Customer
You may cancel the order at any time before you’ve made the upfront payment without any charges. In case you have paid for an order and wish to cancel it, but we haven’t yet assigned an academic expert, we will provide a refund of 80% of the payment you made. If you have paid for an order and an academic expert has already been assigned to your project, but you still wish to cancel, we will issue a refund of 40% of the upfront payment.
Completed Order Delivery
After the order is completed, you can download it from your Customer Admin Panel and, additionally, we will deliver it to the email you provided during registration. If you haven’t received the completed order within the deadline, you should contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure that you receive the order. Our customer support representative will assist you throughout the process.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or technical issues caused by problems with your email server or internet service provider.
Zero Plagiarism and AI-Written Text Guarantee
For every order, we run a thorough check for plagiarism and AI-generated text traces. In case we find any plagiarism or AI-written text, we guarantee the free revision of the order. If you find plagiarism or any AI-generated text in the completed order you got from us, we guarantee a full refund after you provide sufficient proof of plagiarism or AI-generated text. All trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Operator or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of the Operator or third party trademarks.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Operator, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if the liable party has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Operator and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to the Operator for the prior one month period prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.
Dispute resolution
The formation, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the substantive and procedural laws of Estonia without regard to its rules on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of Estonia. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Estonia, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You hereby waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement.
Changes and amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time, effective upon posting an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Acceptance of these terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
