At NursingBird, we developed this Refund and Revision Policy to describe our money-back and free revisions guarantees applicable to website customers in relation to the orders they receive from us.
Money Back Guarantee
By placing an order at NursingBird.com, you agree to provide us with clear and straightforward instructions and ensure the accuracy of all details. In our turn, we will do our best to meet your requirements and deliver the order within the deadline. In case you would like to request a refund, please do so within 7 days of receiving the completed order.
You can send the written refund request through the Customer Admin Panel or via email. We will not consider any refund requests once a 7-day period after the order delivery expires.
If your order was delivered with a delay, we will adjust the total order cost based on the new deadline. We will refund the price difference between the final and original deadlines. Please note that we are not liable for any other circumstances and will not entertain refund claims beyond this.
We do not provide refunds for discounts or seasonal offers.
Free Revision Guarantee
In case you believe that revisions to your order are necessary, you may request free amendments. You can execute this right by sending us a written request through the Customer Admin Panel or via email within 14 days of receiving the completed order. If the order was delivered and 14 days have passed, we assume that you are satisfied and no longer eligible for a free revision.
If the revision instructions you provided contradict or differ from the initial order instructions, or more than 14 days have passed since the order delivery, we will charge you an additional fee. The fee will be determined individually, considering the extent of the revisions required.
Important notice: the time required for our expert to make revisions will not be included in the original order deadline, and the final order delivery will not be considered late and will not fall under the Money-back Guarantee.
